Alarm Companies in Las Vegas: The Most Recommended, Measured on leading AI assistants
Measured July 2026 · Updated quarterly
We verified 60 alarm companies operating in the Las Vegas area, then asked leading AI assistants the questions real business owners type — 4 phrasings, 8 checks in all, recorded in July 2026.
Every name below earned its place by being recommended — nobody paid and nobody applied. 23 companies were named this edition, and Sting Alarm alone was named in all 8 checks.
The next group is Safe and Secure Alarms and Video — named in 7 of 8 checks. 9 more companies came up less often and are listed below.
We don't crown a winner. AI gives a slightly different answer each time you ask, so the honest number is how many of the 8 checks named a company — not what place it came in. One mention out of 8 doesn't get published.
Las Vegas fielded the 20th-largest cohort of the 34 metros we measured this edition — 60 alarm companies.
Only 23 of 60
Las Vegas-area alarm companies we benchmarked ever get recommended by AI — 8 checks, 4 phrasings, run July 2026.
The most recommended alarm companies in Las Vegas
Rankings are measured and cannot be purchased — sponsored blocks are labeled advertising and sit outside the ranked list.
Here is the measured board: 11 names, grouped by how many of the 8 Las Vegas checks produced each one, alphabetical inside each group. Review counts sit beside them as context only, never as a tiebreaker on merit.
Ask AI the same question twice and the answer can change. So we do not crown a number one. We publish how many of the 8 checks named each company. Companies named in more checks are the ones AI keeps coming back to. Companies named in only one check are not listed: a single mention does not repeat reliably.

The exact questions we asked about Las Vegas alarm companies
No made-up prompts. Each row below is a real phrasing someone in Las Vegas would use, and every company that came back in the answer was counted.
| What we asked leading AI assistants | Companies named | In our Las Vegas cohort |
|---|---|---|
| “Who is the best alarm company in Las Vegas, Nevada?” | 14 | 10 |
| “I need an alarm system installed and monitored in Las Vegas, Nevada. Who should I hire?” | 12 | 12 |
| “What is the most recommended alarm company in Las Vegas, Nevada?” | 13 | 7 |
| “What are the top rated alarm companies near Las Vegas, Nevada?” | 13 | 11 |
The gap between the two right-hand columns is companies AI named that are not verified Las Vegas-area alarm companies — national brands, directories, out-of-market firms, and names we could not pin to exactly one business. Those are reported here but never ranked.
Las Vegas alarm companies, by the numbers
Each line below is calculated from the Las Vegas run itself — the cohort, the answers, and the Google review counts attached to the listed companies. None of it is estimated or carried over from another metro.
- Sting Alarm was named in 8 of 8 checks — the closest thing Las Vegas has to a consensus answer.
- Repeat recommendations are rare here: only 11 of the 23 names came up more than once, and only those are published.
- The listed companies hold 1,513 Google reviews between them.

| Named across the whole edition | 820 (39%) |

Why most Las Vegas alarm companies never come up
Las Vegas has 60 alarm companies in our verified cohort. 37 of them never appeared in a single answer.
This is a record of what AI said, not a judgment of the companies. Nothing in our method inspects an install, a monitoring center, or a customer file. It means only that in Las Vegas, the people who ask AI first are hearing other names.
The practical consequence is easy to state. A Las Vegas customer who opens AI and asks who to call gets a handful of names, and right now those names come from the 23 on this page. Every company outside that set is competing for the customers who search some other way instead.
How this Las Vegas list is built — and what it is not
The grouping is mechanical. Each mention in an answer is one point, the points are added up, and companies with the same total share a group listed alphabetically. Nothing about a Las Vegas company's size, age, or spending enters the calculation.
Nobody bought a place on this list and nobody could. The only route onto it is to be named by AI when we ask; sponsorship buys a labeled block beside the list and nothing on the list itself.
Every quarter the same checks run again, unchanged. Counts move between editions, and a Las Vegas company absent today can be listed in the next one.

More Las Vegas security rankings
Alarm work is one slice of the Las Vegas security market, and a company that never appears here may well be listed on one of the others. We measure each of them the same way, with the same rule that money cannot buy a place on the list, on the same quarterly schedule:
- Commercial security systems in Las Vegas — plus the measured fire alarm, access control, and security camera lists for the metro.
- Every metro we benchmark — the national picture.
Common questions about the Las Vegas alarm list
How many Las Vegas alarm companies does AI actually recommend?
Very few. Of the 60 Las Vegas-area companies we benchmarked in July 2026, only 23 were ever named across 8 checks — 38%. The rest never came up.
What's the most recommended alarm company in Las Vegas right now?
Right now, Sting Alarm — recommended in every one of the 8 checks, and the only company at that level in Las Vegas.
Why isn't there a number one on this list?
Because a number one wouldn't hold. Ask AI the same question again and the top name often changes, while the number of checks that named a company stays about the same. So we publish the count: companies named in the same number of the 8 checks are grouped together and listed alphabetically, because nothing in the measurement separates them.
Which questions produced the Las Vegas list?
The same questions real business owners type — including "Who is the best alarm company in Las Vegas, Nevada?" and "I need an alarm system installed and monitored in Las Vegas, Nevada. Who should I hire?" — and we recorded every company named in the answers. The full set of phrasings is listed on this page.
Can a company pay to be on the Las Vegas list?
No — and that's the point. The list is measured, never sold; no payment, sponsorship, or relationship moves a company onto it. A company can buy a labeled sponsored block beside the list, which changes nothing about the list.
Why isn't my company on the Las Vegas list?
Either AI never named it in our July 2026 checks, or it came up in only one of them — and one mention isn't steady enough to publish. Neither says anything about the quality of the work, only that business owners who ask AI are being sent elsewhere.
Does this cover residential alarms, commercial alarms, or both?
It covers alarm companies generally — burglar alarms and monitoring for homes and for commercial property. Fire alarm inspection and life-safety work is a separate specialty and gets its own board rather than being mixed in here.
Does this tell me which Las Vegas alarm company is cheapest?
No — we never gather pricing, so we can't and won't rank on it. The list tells you which Las Vegas companies AI puts forward; what they charge is a question for them.
Where does the list of 60 Las Vegas alarm companies come from?
We assemble the Las Vegas alarm cohort first — 60 companies verified as operating in the metro — and only then run the checks. Answers are matched back to that fixed list. Anything ambiguous, where a name could plausibly be two different businesses, is excluded instead of assigned.
Where are the national alarm companies on the Las Vegas board?
Nothing in the method favors anyone. We ask a local question — who to call in Las Vegas — and record whatever comes back. The board reflects the answers, so if a national brand isn't on it, that's because AI didn't name it in these checks, not because we filtered it out.
Why build a Las Vegas alarm list out of AI answers?
Because more people now ask an AI assistant for a recommendation before they search or call anyone. When AI answers "who should I call about an alarm system", it gives a handful of names — and in Las Vegas that handful is short. This page is the record of who is in it.
New to Las Vegas? These alarm companies are just getting started.
Everything above this line was measured. The list on this page comes from asking AI assistants real questions and counting who they named — no one can buy their way onto it.
This section is different, and we want to be plain about it. The businesses below are brand new. They have not been measured, they have no rank and no score, and they are not part of the list above. They are here because they asked to be, we checked that they are real, and a business that opened last month has no way to show up in a ranking built on history. Nobody paid for a spot here — it is free, and it is not an endorsement.
